PINEAPPLE NUT BREAD

PUMPKIN BREAD

1/2 cup butter flavored shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 2/3 cups flour, 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice, 2 eggs, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 1/3 cup black walnuts, chopped, 2/3 cups crushed pineapples, drained, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground mace, 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Get out a bowl add the shortening and sugar.  With an electric mixer cream shortening and sugar until fluffy and smooth.  Add the juice, eggs, pineapples, nuts, and pumpkin, mix well.  Get out a bowl, add the flour,  salt, mace, cloves, baking soda, baking powder,  and cinnamon, mix well.  Add the flour mixture to the creamed shortening, mix well.  Lightly butter a loaf pan, bake for approximately 55-60 minutes.
