French bread loaf, green goddess salad dressing, mayonnaise, thinly sliced beefeater tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced Persian cucumbers, sliced zucchini, sliced red onions, baby spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, avocado slices, crumbled goat and feta cheese, dill pickle slices, pumpkin seeds, topped off with a fried egg.
French bread sliced lengthwise. Scoop out the bread on one side. Toast the bread. On 1-side lightly spread green goddess salad dressing on the scoop outside spread mayonnaise. Now it’s time to layer on the vegetables, cheeses, nuts and fried eggs.
I serve this sandwich with chips and slices of mangos and apples
