The word “ambrosia” means delicious or fragrant. Ambrosia was also the magical fruit of the gods in ancient Greek mythology. The gods on Mount Olympus ate ambrosia to maintain immortality, they believed without ambrosia they would lose their strength. In Homer’s Iliad, the gods bathed in ambrosia and used it as a perfume.
1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can tropical fruit, drained, 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained, 1 navel oranges, peeled and diced, 1 blood orange, peeled and diced, 2 cups diced can peaches, 3 tablespoons toasted flaked coconut, 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds, ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk, ½ cup cream cheese, room temperature.
Put the fruit cocktail, tropical fruit, pineapple chunks, oranges, peaches, and milk in the freezer, allow to chill. Get out a large bowl, add the milk into the bowl. Add the cream cheese. With the back of a wooden spoon mash, the cream cheese into the milk until well blended and smooth. Add the fruit cocktail, tropical fruit, oranges, peaches, and pineapples into a bowl and mix well. Sprinkle the toasted coconut and pomegranate seeds on top.

Sounds delicious. My grandma made a dish that was almost the same. Hey, your recipes are great but they’d be a lot easier to read if you put the ingredients and method in “list” form. Just a thought.
I agree, all my ingredients are in list formation in the cookbook I am writing. I’ve tried to do it on the blog it’s almost impossible.
