This might sound like I’m bragging, I’m not, this is the best tasting and easiest macaroni salad you will ever make and eat. I expect you to call me at (469)215-1585 and tell me that it is the best macaroni salad you have ever had.
1 (8 0z.) package large elbow macaroni, cook according to package directions drain and dump into a large bowl. 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, 1 tablespoon diced bell pepper, 1 1/2 cup cubed ham, 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, 2 tablespoons chopped yellow onions, 3/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon liquid hickory smoke, 1 tablespoon chopped pimento, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1 cup canned English peas, drained and rinsed. Dump everything in the bowl with the macaroni, mix well refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. The refrigeration process allows all the ingredients and flavors to marry. Garnish with a couple of flat-leaf parsley sprigs.
Sounds delicious! I am hosting a large family reunion in two weeks and just added this recipe to the menu!
