THE PERFECT AVOCADO TOAST
4 slices of garlic sourdough bread, 4 tablespoons cream cheese, softened, 2 medium, Haas avocados, 1/4 cup salted pumpkin seeds, hulled and chopped, 6 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled, 1 large heirloom tomato slices, 1/2 cup craw meat
First things first, toast the bread. Smear a layer of cream cheese on the toast. Peel the avocados, mash the avocado with a fork add salt, pepper, and a squish of fresh lemon juice. Add the avocado spread on top of the cream cheese. Add the tomato slices, top with the crumbled bacon, nuts, and teaspoon of crab meat in the center.
