DIVISIONAL PLAYOFF FOOTBALL CHEESE BALL

cheese ball.2

Are you ready for some football?  This weekend is the Divisional Playoffs. These are my predictions.  Saturday 01/11 Vikings vs. 49ers. The Vikings stole the game from the Saints with an offensive pass interference call in overtime not being called.  I am going into this game with tight jaws screaming get em Garoppolo. The 49ers are going to win.  Titians vs. Ravens. The last game the Titians played against the Patriots was phenomenal; I was stuck to the screen the entire game.  That win is not going to help Saturday. The Ravens are going to win.  Sunday 01/12  Texans vs. Chiefs.  The Chiefs are going to win that game.  I predicted the Chiefs to win Superbowl 100 in the preseason.  Seahawks vs. Packers. This is going to be a close game I predict overtime.  The Seahawks are going to win that game.  What teams do you think are gonna come out the winners.  Holla at me!

DIVISIONAL PLAYOFF FOOTBALL CHEESE BALL

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) white cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 (6 oz.) can salmon, debones and flaked, 1 teaspoon liquid smoke, 1 tablespoon purple onions, finely chopped, 1 1/2 tablespoon green onions, chopped, 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon fish seasoning,  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup crab claw meat, finely chopped, 1 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped.

Get out a bowl, add the cream and cheddar cheeses,  mix together, mix well with an electric mixer until well mixed. Add all the other ingredients, except the pecans and parsley, mix well.  Roll the cheese mixture into a ball, wrap with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  While the cheese ball in the refrigerator chop the pecans,  remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll the ball in the pecans. Serve with assorted entertainment crackers, carrot sticks, toasted baguette slices, cranberry sauce, and Bloody Marys.’
