BREAKFAST BOWL
1/4 cup brown rice, 1/2 carrot grated, 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced, 3 tablespoons napa cabbage, thinly sliced, 1/4 pound fried roast apple maple breakfast and an over-easy egg.
Prepare the rice according to the package directions, replace water with coconut milk, when done set aside. While the rice is cooking mince the ginger, grate the carrots, slice the cabbage, dump onto a bowl and mix well. Fry the plant-based sausage.
When the rice is ready fluff and dump into a bowl. Add the cabbage mixture, add the sausage and top with the egg.
