I’M TALKING ABOUT SWEET AND SAVORY

2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning salt, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground mace, 1/4 cup grape jelly, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 cup yellow onion, chopped, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 cup beef bone broth, 1 tablespoons flour, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 pound ground chicken.

Get out a large bowl add the breadcrumbs, salt, garlic, onion powder, mace, and pepper.  Mix well.  Add the eggs, jelly, and broth, mix well. Add the beef and chicken, mix well.  Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture roll into a ball and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.  While the meatballs are baking, make up the sauce.  SAUCE:  1 1/4 cups prepared BBQ sauce, 8 ounces jellied cranberry sauce, 1 teaspoon ground cumin.  Add the sauce to the crockpot.  Remove the meatballs from the oven dump them into the crockpot.  Set temperature at low for 45 minutes.
