MY X’ES FRENCH FRY RECIPE
1 pound bag of steak cut frozen french fries, 1/2 pound medium raw shrimp, cleaned and deveined, 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, 1 shallot, minced, 1 garlic clove, minced, 1 tablespoon white onions, chopped, 1 1/2 tablespoon aroma tomatoes, diced, 1 tablespoon fresh jalapeno peppers, diced, 1 1/2 tablespoon siracha ranch dressing, 1 tablespoon pepper jack cheese, melted, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped, 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Get out the skillet add the butter when the butter melts add the shallots, garlic, and butter. Cook on medium heat for about 2-minutes or until you start to smell the onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the shrimp. Add the shrimp continue to cook until the shrimp begin to curl. Remove from the skill set aside. Clean the skillet, add oil to the skillet and fry according to the package directions. When done and golden brown remove the fries from the skillet and drain on a wire rack.
Dump the fries onto a platter. Surround the fries with the shrimp. Add the ranch dressing, pepper jack cheese, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, parsley, and cilantro.
