JACQUE ROSE SEAFOOD SEASONING

1 teaspoon pink sea salt, 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds, 2 teaspoons bay leaf powder, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon white pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of the following: dry mustard, red pepper flakes, crushed, cinnamon, mace, ground cloves, and ground ginger

Get out your coffee grinder add all the spices, and grind.  Pour into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly.  Store in an airtight container in a dark place.
