1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, washed and thinly sliced 1/4 inch thick, 1 tablespoon garlic oil, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped, 1 cup white onions, thinly sliced, 1/8 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, salt and black pepper to taste.
Get out a skillet, add the oil bring bring the to medium-high 325 degerees. Add the potatoes cook on one side until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes, add the onions, bell pepper, and rosemary, cook for 4-5 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown stir add the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir cook for another minute or two.
