CAKE MIX COOKIES

1 (15.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix, 1/2 stick butter, soft, 1/3 cup milk, 1 large egg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract,  6 ounces craisins, roughly chopped, 3/4 cup black walnuts, roughly chopped

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a cookie sheet, set aside. Get out a bowl, add the cake mix, butter, milk, egg, and extract, beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.  Fold in the craisins and nuts.  Use a tablespoon scoop out the cookie dough, place on the cookie sheet.  Bake for 10-12 minutes.  Serve with a tall glass of cold milk.
