SWEET & SAVORY MEATBALLS
2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning salt, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion, 1/4 teaspoon ground mace, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, 2 garlic cloves, minced, 1 cup yellow onion, chopped, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/4 cup beef bone broth, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 pound ground chicken.
Get out a large bowl add the breadcrumbs, salt, granulated garlic, mace, and pepper. Mix well. Add the eggs and broth, mix well. Add the beef and chicken, mix well. Scoop out a heaping tablespoon of the meat mixture, roll into a ball. Get out a skillet add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil; when the oil heats up, add the meatballs. Pan fry long enough to sear the meatballs on all sides. Add the meatballs to your crockpot. Set the temperature to medium, cook for 20 minutes. While the meatballs are cooking, make up the sauce.
SAUCE: Get out a bowl, add 1 1/4 cups prepared BBQ sauce, 8 ounces jellied cranberry sauce, 1 teaspoon ground cumin, mix well. Add the sauce to the crockpot. Reset the temperature on the crockpot to low cook another 10 minutes
