
The secret to a delicious sandwich is the bread. The star should be the ingredients inside but know none of that will equate to a delicious, yummy, mouth-watering, savory, scrumptious sandwich if you do not have the best bread. My preference is a fresh, sourdough garlic loaf.
SANDWICH
Crusty sourdough loaf, green goddess salad dressing, Greek yogurt, thinly sliced beefeater tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced Persian cucumbers, sliced zucchini, sliced red onions, baby spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, avocado slices, pepper jack cheese slices, crumbled goat and feta cheese, boiled egg slices, dill pickle slices, pumpkin seeds, topped off with a fried egg.
Slice bread lengthwise. Spread lightly with butter, and minced garlic, toast to a light brown. Remove from the oven, set aside till cool. Spread a thin layer of green goddess salad dressing and yogurt, then add the pepper jack cheese, then layer the remaining ingredients. Top off with a fried over-easy egg. This sandwich is best served with chips and slices of mangos and apples.
