I received a request for Fried Potatoes and Onions; here ya go! You are gonna love this quick, easy, and absolutely delicious recipe.

FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS
1 pound Yukon gold potatoes, 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic oil, 1 tablespoon bacon drippings, 1/2 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped, 1 cup white onions, thinly sliced, 1/8 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork put them in one of the bags you get from the grocery store. Put them in the microwave on potato. When the potatoes come out of the microwave, thinly slice them along with the onions and bell peppers. Get out a skillet, add the oil heat to medium-high 325 degrees. Add the potatoes cook on one side until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. Flip the potatoes, add the onions, bell pepper, and rosemary, cook for 4-5 minutes, or until they brown the onions, the bell peppers are soft, and the potatoes are golden brown. Stir, be careful not to break up the potatoes, add the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir to make sure the dry seasoning in on all the vegetables cook for another minute or two.
