BRUSSEL SPROUTS

3 slices bacon, 1/2 cup diced fuji apples do not peel, sliced, 2 teaspoons salted butter, 3 cups medium-sized Brussel sprouts, cut in half,  2 teaspoons apple cider, 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced, 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning salt, 1/4 teaspoon black  pepper, white truffle oil

Get out a skillet, fry bacon until crispy. Remove bacon from skillet, set aside. Using the same skillet add the butter. Turn the heat to medium add the sprouts cook for 15-17 minutes or until the sprouts soften and turn brown.  Add the apples, cider, and dry seasonings.  Cook another 5-minutes or until the apples soften but still have a crunch, and the sprouts are tender. When ready to serve, drizzle with white truffle oil.
