1/2 pound fresh spinach, 1 1/2 cups red leaf lettuce, 3 carrots, 1/4 cup green onions, 1/2 cup red relishes, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1/8  cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Merlot wine, 1/8 cup French salad dressing

Wash and drain all the vegetables.  Cut the spinach and lettuce into shreds with a pair of scissors. Add the spinach and lettuce into a bowl and toss.

Get out the cutting board,  chop the green onions, slice the relishes.  Add the onions and relishes into the bowl with the spinach toss. Grate the carrots.  Add the carrots, mayonnaise, wine, and salad dressing, toss and serve.
