
PAN-SEARED LAMB CHOPS
This is one of the tastiest and easiest dishes you will ever make. These chops are cooked to medium rare.
6 rib lamb chops, granulated garlic, seasoning salt, and black pepper, butter. Lightly sprinkle both sides with olive oil and the dry seasoning. Message the seasoning into the chops. Get out a cast iron skillet, heat to medium-high, just before smoking before smoking. Add the chops; they will sizzle when they hit the pan. Cook the chops for 3-4 minutes, don’t move you want the chops to sear. Reduce the heat to low add the butter and rosemary to the skillet. Spoon the melted butter over the chops.
