I’m a country girl, so you know I can make anything taste good that’s made from a fresh bunch of collard greens. Try this dish, I think you will love it as much as I do.!

1/2 cup salted cashews, 2 cups of fresh collard greens finely chopped, 3 garlic cloves, 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil, 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup Romano cheese, 1 tsp. granulated garlic, 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning salt, and 2 tsp. white pepper.
Add the cashews, garlic, collards, and olive oil to the food processor and pulse until everything is finally blended and smooth. Transfer to a bowl, add the remaining ingredients mix well. Taste add salt, pepper, and granulated garlic as needed.
