WHAT’S FOR BREAKFAST?

I received a request for Fried Potatoes and Onions this morning; here ya go, Nelson!  You are gonna love this quick, easy, and absolutely delicious potatoes.

FRIED POTATOES AND ONIONS

1 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, 1 1/2 T. garlic oil, 1 T. bacon drippings, 1 cup white onions, sliced, 1/8 cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced, granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste. Wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork put them in one of those bags you get from the grocery store.  Put them in the microwave on potato.  When the potatoes come out of the microwave, thinly slice them along with the onions and bell peppers.  Get out a skillet, add the oil heat to medium-high 325 degrees.  Add the potatoes cook on one side until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.  Flip the potatoes, add the onions, and bell pepper cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the onions and bell peppers are soft and the potatoes are golden brown.  Stir, be careful not to break up the potatoes too much, add the garlic, salt, and pepper to taste.  Stir to make sure the dry seasoning is on all the vegetables cook for another minute or two.
