
CHICKEN TACOS
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast, 1/4 cut English cucumbers sliced, 1 tsp. ground cumin, 1 tsp, smoked paprika, 1 tsp, ground oregano, 1 tsp. granulated garlic, salt, and pepper, 1 large avocado halved, peeled, seeded, and sliced, 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped, 1 lime, squeezed, and zest.
Cut the breast into 2-inch strips, add the dry seasoning, rub in and drizzle with olive oil. Add to the air fryer for 12-minutes. Shred set aside. Assemble the taco.
