I will be watching football and basketball today. The 9ers are playing the Rams, and the Lakers are playing the Kings. I am cooking dinner early so I can watch the games. Airfryer chicken wings, red potato salad, cabbage mixed with boc chow, cornbread and a shot of whiskey.

I am making chicken wings I have not measured. Wash the wing and remove the feathers. Add lemon peel, everything seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic), paprika, and cayenne. Massage the seasonings into the wings, and refrigerate until you are ready to fry. Add the wings single layer into the fryer at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until the wings are done and crispy.
