1 lb. bologna, 1/4 cup dill pickle relish, 1/4 cup red onions, finely diced, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 3/4 cup mayonnaise. Get out a skilled add 2 tablespoons of unsalted buttter. Slice the bologna into1 inches slices. Cut a wedge cut into each slice. Fry the bologna until it is charred around the edges. Chop the bologna into bite-size pieces.  Get out a bowl. Add the bologna into the bowl along with the chopped eggs, onions, relish and onions, mix well. Serve on toasted sourdough bread.
