MEATLOAF

4 pieces of stale bread,1/2 cup yellow onions, finely chopped, 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped, 1 celery stalk,
finely chopped, 2 pounds ground chuck or ground turkey, 2 eggs, beaten, 1 T. flour, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup ketchup,  1 T. poultry seasoning, 1 tsp. dried thyme, 1 T. beef bouillon, 1 tsp. black pepper, 2 1/2 tsp. minced garlic, 1 T. Worcestershire sauce, 1 package dry onion soup mix, 10 pieces of thinly sliced bacon.

Pour a couple of teaspoons of milk into a bowl, add the bread, and soak, then crumble the bread
into the meat.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Mix well. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape in the baking dish.  Place the bacon slices on top of the loaf, be sure to tuck the end pieces underneath the loaf.  Pour half the sauce over the loaf and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.  Pour the remaining sauce over the meat  the last 15 minutes.

SAUCE

1/2 cup catsup, 1/2 tablespoons mustard, 1 tablespoon dry spaghetti mix, and 1/4  cup brown sugar mix until there are
no lumps.  Set aside.
