BUBBY STEAKHOUSE BURGER

BUBBY STEAKHOUSE BURGER DAY

Today I am dedicating this recipe to my big brother Bubby.  He is a burger lover, and I love him.  Here you go, Bubby.

1 pound 80-20 ground beef, 1/2 pound ground turkey, 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tablespoon whole milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic, 4 slices extra sharp cheddar cheese, 4 slices of bacon, 4 sesame hamburger buns, lettuce, red and white onions slices, tomato slices, dill pickles, mayonnaise, and yellow mustard.  Don’t forget the French fries and garlic aioli sauce.

Get out a skillet add 4 slices of bacon, and fry until crispy.  Remove from the skillet, and break in half.  Add the meat, salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce out a bowl.  Using your hands, thoroughly combine until well blended and smooth.  Scoop out 8 even portions.  Make a ball, then flatten it out to 8 patties.  Add the patties to the medium-high grill skillet; grill for about 3-3 1/2 minutes on each side for a medium burger.  Add the cheese about 2 1/2  minutes before the burgers are ready.
