8 oz. uncooked fettuccine noodles, 2 1/2 T. olive oil, 2 garlic clove, minced, 1 (8 oz.) pkg, cream cheese, softened, 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated, 1/2 cup salted butter, 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1/4 tsp. white pepper, 1/4 tsp. salt.

Get out a large pot, add water, salt, granulated garlic, small onion, oil, and peppercorns. Add 3-4 quarts of water, salt, granulated garlic, onion, peppercors, and oil. Bring to a boil. Taste the water. It should be slightly salty with  lots of flavor. The seasoned noodles make this dish delicious. Add the noodles. Cook according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

Get out a pot add the butter then add the minced garlic and saute. Do not brown the garlic. Add the cream cheese and whisk until smooth. Add the flour, parmesan cheese, buttermilk, and evaporated milk. Continue to whisk until everything is combined and smooth. Add salt and pepper taste.  Add the noodles and toss.
