
PACOIMA JUICY CHEESEBURGER
1 lb. 80-20 ground beef, 1/2 lb. ground chicken, 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce, 2 T. evaporated milk, 2 eggs, beaten, 2 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 2 tsp. black pepper, 2 tsp. granulated garlic, 4 slices of American cheese, 4 slices of bacon, 4 hamburger buns, romaine lettuce, white onions slices, firm salad tomato slices, dill pickle slices, and mayonnaise. Don’t forget to make some French fries and garlic aioli sauce for dipping
Get out a skillet add 4 slices of bacon, fry until crispy. Remove from the skillet, break in half. Get out a bowl, add the meat, salt, pepper, garlic, eggs, and Worcestershire sauce. Using your hands, thoroughly combine until well blended and smooth. Scoop out 4 even portions. Make a ball, then flatten out to 4 patties. Add the patties to the medium-high grill skillet; grill for about 2 minutes on each side. Add the cheese about 1 minute before the burgers are ready.
