GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

I grilled seven (7) chicken breasts, I had four (4) leftover.  Today, the question in my head is, “what am I gonna do with this leftover chicken.”?

GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD

3 cups cooked chicken, chopped, 2 celery stalks finely diced, 1/4 cup green apple, peeled and finely chopped, 3 boiled eggs, chopped, 4 T. , finely chopped, 2 1/2 T. dill pickle relish, 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt, 1/4 tsp. white pepper

Dump everything into a bowl mix well.  Taste, serve on a toasted croissant bun or a crispy lettuce leaf.
