Jacque Rose’s  Country Vegetarian Sandwich served with French Fries and Kool-Aide

Put this sandwich in your mouth.  I am a carnivore but I honestly believe  a vegetarian sandwich can be absolutely delicious. I asked my grandson Brittian what was his favorite thing to eat, he told me “meat on a stick”.  So, from that conversation you know I really had to go some to create a vegetarian sandwich that could compete with meat on a stick.  I think I beat meat on a stick with this sandwich.  This sandwich is delicious and it will fill you up and keep you full all day.

We are going to make our sandwich on ciabatta bread.  First, slice the bread lengthwise, scoop the bread out on one side.  Toast the bread. Spread all the ingredient out on the countertop, lightly sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and granulated garlic. These are the ingredients for your sandwich:   Start to layer , spread mayonnaise on one side of bread, spread cream cheese on the other side, lettuce, thinly sliced purple onions, sliced avocado, matchstick  carrots, sunflower seeds, seedless cucumbers slices,  tomato slices,  baby arugula, goat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, top with an over easy egg.
