I AM ON A MISSION TO INCREASE THE AMOUNT OF GREEN LEAFY VEGETABLES IN MY DIET

This is what I am going to do

  1.  Season stir-fried vegetables with gingerroot, peeled and minced and garnished with chopped green onions.
  2. Fried and crumbled bacon and Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top of just about anything.
  3. Add a splash of lemon juice.
  4. Sneak them into a fruit smoothie.
  5. Change up the vegetable used in your pesto.
  6. Rather than lettuce try kale, collards or spinach when you prepare your next lettuce wrap or salad.

How are you going to increase your green leafy vegetable intake?
