
Sardines are high in vitamin B12, selenium, calcium, vitamin B2 and choline. One cup of sardines contain approximately 300 calories and a bunch of good vitamins and minerals.
3 (3.75 oz.) can seasoned and boneless sardines, 2 chopped hard boiled eggs, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed, 1/4 cup chopped English cucumber, 3 dashes of hot sauce. Chinese cabbage, Romaine lettuce leaves, Granny Smith apple and French dressing.
Drain the sardines and dump them into a bowl, add the eggs, cucumbers, and hot sauce mix well. Serve on a bed of Chinese cabbage, Romaine lettuce lightly dressed with French dressing and garnished with julienned apple.
