I serve this dish as a salsa and frequently as a salad. Dinner tonight could be grilled salmon, rice pilaf, and this salad.
2 ripe avocados, diced, 2 cups papaya, diced, 1 Asian pear, peeled, cored and diced, 1 serrano pepper, minced, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 1/4 teaspoon orange zest, 2 tablespoons orange juice, 1 teaspoon jerk seasoning, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 1/4 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped, 1/4 cup red onion, chopped, 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Get out a large bowl, add all the ingredients into the bowl, mix well chill for at least 15 minutes and serve.
