CHEESE BALL

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) white cheddar cheese, shredded, 1/4 teaspoon fish seasoning,  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 1/4 cup crab claw meat, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped, 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped.

Get out a bowl, add the cream and cheddar cheeses, mix with an electric mixer on medium until well mixed. Add all the other ingredients, except the pecans and parsley, mix well.  Roll the cheese mixture into a ball, wrap up in a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  While the cheese ball in the refrigerator chop the pecans and parsley, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll the ball in the pecans and parsley. Serve with assorted entertainment crackers.
