CHEESY TATER TOTS
2 (16 oz,) bags frozen tater tots, 1 (15 oz.) can of clam chowder, 1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 lb. bacon fried and crumbled, 1 1/2 cups red onions, diced, 3 fresh jalapeno peppers, sliced, 1 bunch green onions, sliced,1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped.
Fry the tater tots, and drain on a wire rack. With your thumb, press a dent in the center of the tots. Get out a saucepan, add the chowder, heat to warm. Fill the dent with the chowder, and add the cheese, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, and crumbled bacon on top.
